Telos Defense – Stress Shoot – Florida – May – 2026

Tactical 2-gun training with a focus on small arms marksmanship, functional fitness, and shooting under physical duress.

We utilize in-house programming, shooting, and fitness standards alongside USMC training methods for practical application.

Our training circuits are constantly varied and dynamic per session; Expect to practice:

-Marksmanship
-Stress inoculation
-Positional shooting
-Prop and implement use
-Functional fitness movements

4 stages (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Round count: 50 pistol + 100 rifle

Gear List:

• Pistol – Semi-automatic, full-size frame (9mm to .45 ACP) NO subcompacts with (3) magazines
• Rifle – Semi-automatic, 14.5” minimum barrel length (5.56mm to 7.62mm) NO pistol or SBRs with (3) magazines, sling, and optic
• Magazine pouches – Rifle and pistol
• Belt – 1.5” minimum width and must be rigid/sturdy
• Holster – Polymer/Kydex outside the waistband (OWB) holster with retention (NO trigger finger release or SERPA style)
• Plate carrier – Men’s 15lbs and women’s 12lbs
• Hearing protection – Electronic preferred
• Eye protection – Ballistic rated
• Outdoor clothing – Sun clothing, warming layers, rain gear
• Footwear – Aggressive traction and ankle support
• Water, food, and snacks – Bring lunch!
