Our on-site Training Days will not only give you a snapshot of challenges you will see at our matches, they are also stand-alone group events dedicated to increasing your level of cardiovascular fitness, strength, and proficiency with your weapon systems and your gear.
With the right equipment and minimal training, just about anyone can show up and perform reasonably well at a traditional pistol, rifle, or two-gun match. It takes another level of fitness and motivation to run, lift, and shoot while carrying everything you need to perform several high-intensity, challenging stages without stopping. Liability: Zero Matches demand that you show up in good physical condition, including cardiovascular fitness and functional strength, which we focus on during training.
