Course Overview
This event is a physically demanding, live-fire course that blends circuit training with marksmanship under elevated heart rate and respiration. It is designed to challenge participants across both physical and shooting disciplines in a safe and structured environment.

Participation Guidelines
Physical Fitness-
All fitness levels are welcome- We offer scalable workout options and variable weight loads to accommodate beginners through advanced athletes

If you are brand new to fitness, we don’t want you to give 110% effort your first time out-
Pace yourself and find your own rhythm- once you’ve got a few Sundays under your belt you can start raising your own expectations and output

If you are brand new to shooting, we will get you dialed in on the safety procedures and the function of the equipment you will be using- Safety is our paramount concern as it is impossible to progress physically and improve your skills if you are not an alive person

Range Equipment Provided-
No need to bring personal targets or stands—we provide all necessary range equipment to support up to 25 shooters at once

Ammunition Requirements:
100 rounds rifle / 100 rounds pistol
All magazines must be loaded to 6 rounds max
