DESCRIPTION:This event will consist of 4 stages total\n– (2) TTG style stages that mix fitness and shooting\n– (1) Shooting only stage\n– (1) Physical only stage \nThis event is going to be very similar to what a competitor would see at a regional Tactical Games event\, so it is the perfect place to get introduced to the sport or to get some extra reps in to prep for a regional event. \nCheck in begins at 7:30 AM. Ensure you are onsite at least 30 minutes early so you do not miss the safety brief. Failure to show for morning safety brief will result in match DQ. \nRequired Gear:\n– Rifle\, flash hider or forward blast device only. No standalone comps\, ported barrels\, or muzzle brakes!\n– Pistol\n– Eye Protection\n– Ear Protection\n– Plate Carrier: Men 15lbs / Women 12lbs slick\n– Gun Belt with 2-3 magazine pouches for both rifle and pistol\n– Holster for pistol with minimum of level 2 retention.\n– Up to 5 Mags for both Rifle and Pistol\n– Sling for rifle: Doesn’t have to be used but must stay attached at all times. \nRecommended Gear:\nFood\, water\, shade\, rolling caddy\, table\, chairs\, small repair tools\, small first-aid kit \nRound count\n150 rounds per weapon system (300 total) \n*Volunteering – Please reach out to the match director to explore volunteer opportunities. \nAs we get closer to the match stage info\, final schedule and any other pertinent info will be emailed over to registered athletes\, staff\, and volunteers. \nNo refunds are offered unless proof of military orders are provided. We will give you a credit towards a future skirmish as long as we are notified within 7 days of match start. Your spot is transferrable if desired instead of a credit. SUMMARY:Intrepid Defense RAGE Series (Run and Gun Extreme) Match 2 - Missouri - May - 2026
DESCRIPTION:Intrepid Defense Range Complex is proud to present a hard-charging\, five-match 2-Gun Series throughout 2026 — built to push your shooting ability\, fitness\, and mental performance under pressure. Each match will feature a mix of technical bay stages and expansive field stages\, designed to challenge every aspect of the modern shooter. Expect fast\, aggressive stages that demand precise marksmanship at distance\, rapid transitions\, and controlled movement under stress. Bring a sling for your Rifle\, you will need it. \nThe first four events in the series will each consist of 8 stages\, blending short\, high-intensity bays with longer\, open-terrain courses that test endurance and decision-making. The final championship event will raise the bar with 10 stages\, combining everything from speed shooting to extended-range problem-solving. All matches will use Hit Factor scoring\, rewarding the perfect balance of accuracy and speed — the faster and cleaner you shoot\, the higher you score. \nThis series will challenge both skill and stamina. Competitors can expect to run between shooting positions\, manage gear\, and shoot from a variety of positions while moving. Physical fitness will be a key component\, as several stages incorporate light movement tasks and realistic stress elements. Accuracy at distance\, control on the move\, and efficient gun handling will all be tested throughout the series. \nThere are two divisions: Open and Tactical. \nRestrictions on calibers for all divisions – Rifle is .223 or .556 only\nPistol is 9mm / 40 cal / 45 \nOpen Division: No restrictions — build and run whatever setup you prefer. \nTactical Division: Designed for practical rifle setups and kit use. Rifles max barrel length is 18 inch barrel\, 10× optic or less\, and a 30-round magazine limit. Tactical competitors are also required to wear kit weighing at least 10 lbs. There are no restrictions on pistols in either division. \nEvery event at Intrepid Defense emphasizes safety\, sportsmanship\, and professionalism. Stages are designed and staffed by experienced range officers\, with full medical coverage and clear stage briefs. Registration details\, match dates\, and prize information will be released as each match approaches — spots will be limited. \nThe Intrepid Defense 2-Gun Series is not just another competition — it’s a proving ground for the complete shooter. Whether your goal is to refine your performance under stress\, test your kit\, or compete against the best\, this five-match series will deliver one of the most challenging and rewarding 2-Gun experiences of the year.
