DESCRIPTION:Competition Starts:Mar 19\, 2026\, 8:00 AM \n\n\n\n**This is a Virtual Event** \n\n\n\nAbout the event \n\n\n\nCompetition runs for 3 weeks from March 19th – April 7th. \n\n\n\nWorkouts are released in a CrossFit open style format. \n\n\n\nEach Thursday at 8am EST\, 2 workouts are released. \n\n\n\nBoth workouts are required to be submitted by the following Tuesday by 5PM EST. \n\n\n\nWorkouts are released on FitnessandFirearmsONLINE.com \n\n\n\nAll of the necessary information is released with workout. (written instructions\, video instructions\, example video\, printable targets) \n\n\n\nAthletes can check their scores\, track their progress\, and watch their workout on the FAFO Leaderboard. \n\n\n\nAll athletes who complete and submit ALL scores and videos\, regardless of placement ARE ELIGIBLE to win ALL PRIZES in the FAFO PRIZE POOL!

DESCRIPTION:This event is very similar to what a competitor would see at a regional The Tactical Games event.It is the perfect place to get introduced to the sport and prepare for any upcoming regional match. \n\n\n\nSpectators are free and welcome to attend but must sign a waiver and use eye and ear protection. \n\n\n\nThe event will include 4 stages in total: \n\n\n\n\n(2) TTG style stages that mix fitness and marksmanship\n\n\n\n(1) Marksmanship only stage\n\n\n\n(1) Fitness only stage\n\n\n\n\nRequired Gear: \n\n\n\n\nRifle with a chamber flag – NO compensators or muzzle breaks. Silencer is ok.\n\n\n\nPistol\n\n\n\nEye / Ear Protection\n\n\n\nPlate Carrier: Men 15# / Women 12#\n\n\n\nGun Belt with 2-3 mag holsters for both rifle and pistol\n\n\n\nHolster for pistol: with active retention\, Level 2 is highly recommended\n\n\n\nSling for rifle: must stay attached at all times\n\n\n\nUp to 5 mags for both Rifle and Pistol\n\n\n\n150 rounds for Pistol and 150 rounds per for Rifle\n\n\n\n\nThe following information will be emailed to registered athletes on: \n\n\n\n\nTuesday\, March 17th\, by 8:00 pm: preliminary weather GO/NO GO\, match schedule\, and a range map\n\n\n\nFriday\, March 20th\, by 8:00 pm: Stage Program\, Athlete Squadding Table\, and Squad Matrix\n\n\n\n\nIf you have any other questions about the match\, feel free to DM us on IG (@ttg.skirmish.dfw) or email us at ttg.skirmish.dfw@gmail.com.
