Participation Guidelines
Physical Fitness-
All fitness levels are welcome- We offer scalable workout options and variable weight loads to accommodate beginners through advanced athletes

If you are brand new to fitness, we don’t want you to give 110% effort your first time out-
Pace yourself and find your own rhythm- once you’ve got a few Sundays under your belt you can start raising your own expectations and output

If you are brand new to shooting, you will be assigned to the On-Boarding group to learn the safety procedures and the function of the equipment you will be using- Safety is our paramount concern as it is impossible to progress physically and improve your skills if you are not an alive person
